I think i know what the image is trying to suggest, that "those that wear this hat, are hard workers, and Evara is ready to wear that hat. " But whats confusing is your choice on the coloring of the "W" in work, while you chose to color all of "for."
The background swallows the W in my opinion because of similar tones. So here are a couple things to consider :
1: If you are intent on coloring the text - try a lighter tone or a more saturated hue of the green ( or maybe a complimentry color ? ) to make it stand out from the background.
2: The background is really almost "unintentionally blurry" - like u had a 300x300 pixel image that u streched to fit. Additonally - the focus of the peice is that Evara is ready to work - but im not sure how the background suggestions this " Ready and Willing" idea.
3: "Evara Group" in the upper right hand is clean and well laid out -- within itself, but it seems detached from the rest of the peice. I can see you tried to tie it into the work w/ the line under the hat, which is good, but consider using more the "scematic lines" in the peice to bring it all together better.
4: EVARA in the upper left : Make Larger ! consider turning the opacity down and perhaps having a portion of the type leave the image - atm its competing with the "Evara Group" in the upper right.
5: The shadow of the hat also has that "unintentionally grainy/blurry" look to it -= as well as - what is it doing for the image ? Its the largest peice, but there is no purpose for it - consider making it even darker and possibly putting Evara mission statement or info inside of it ( text should NOT be largers then the font size of "Evara GRoup" )
Hope this helps
